Does anybody know how much it will cost to buy a new clutch and have it put om my 86 250r

just get some clutch plates and a gasket and do it yourself tha way it wont even be $100

get out your ole trusty manual and go at it. while your at it take this tie to get familiar with things regarding the engine. fairly simple task.:cool:

just be careful not to snap off the pressure plate bolts:scary: I did even at the right torque.

If your steels aren't warped you can bead blast them and then just get some new fibers. Shouldn't cost too much.
How long has it been since you last changed the oil or clutch?

I only got it a month ago. The guy I bought it from said he just changed the oil the day before I bought it. I dont know about the clutch.

i change my bottom end oil about every 5 hours. for how cheap it is and the amount you use its not worth it to not change it

i use the Honda cr gear oil like 6 bucks a quart around here and you don't even use a whole quart.
