what you guys think is better Lime Wire or Frost Wire?

Whenever I downloaded a song on limewire, it was either fuzzy or porn came up. So I deleted that and downloaded frostwire.

10x better IMO.

i type in what i want in google, then after it "megaupload, rapidshare, or mediafire"

and you can download the album or song from one of those anonymous sites.

example

americana offspring megaupload would take me to a link to download that album.

i recommend neither.

had my last computer crash because of limewire, a roommate got on my computer while i was in class.

i get all my music from friends, and the library, if i dont buy the CD.

do you guys that pay for music realize what you spend though? if every songs $1 id have around $500, and i know some guys would have much much more. for those prices, im willing to take the chance.

Pretty much.. If I couldn't get my music for free I still wouldn't go out and buy a CD, I'd just listen to the radio more lol.

A lady south of me had to pay $300,000 fine and was taken to court with it! all because she downloaded some songs on limewire. I think the fine starts at $5,000 thats for 1 song! A few others got busted too and had to take out loans to pay the money. They are tracking throught the IP address so whatch out

really! ? wouldnt that mean they would have to hack into lime wire or somthing. shouldnt the people hosting the songs get in trouble? and i got out of it last night upgraded to forst wire:cool: i like it more first movie i downloaded was the real thing. ha

How about respecting the artists work, and pay for the songs? "Sharing" a song on limewire or any other filesharing site is the same thing as walking into a store and stuffing a CD in your jacket.

Complaining about a $1 a song??? Think about how much time goes into making a song, it doesn't seem like that much to me.

Get a job, and pay for your music just like you have to pay everything else.

don't download movies. Thats the worst stuff to download. Any major supermarket should have those $1 DVD rental things, just do that.

Complaining about free music? Think about how rediculously over payed they are for making a song that doesn't take as much work as actually... working. I'm in a band so I know the time and effort that goes into making music... but what they get paid is rediculous.

ok ha. but i think ill back out i was talkin about frostwire with my friend and i said you should get it its way better then lime wire and he said no way man thats illegal i said so what he said dont you watch the news the police in canada are putting out a proxy and it makes it a piece of cake to track right to your house when you download illeagaly songs and movies it will be up by thursday ha i said well you got limewire he said yea but i payed for pro last night.
