swingarm bolt is seized and will not come out... any good ideas on how to get it out without cracking the aluminum engine case it is seized in?

heat and use pb blaster, lots of pb blaster. also loosen it a bit, then tighten it and work it back and forth till it breaks free.

PB blaster and a large stone hammer lol. My brother had to buy a new one because his was carnage after getting it out. It would twist around but it wouldnt slide out. Tried heat and all ended up jamming in a punch where the nut goes on and using a stone hammer whaling it. Even then it ook some time. Stupid design if you ask me. Some have tried to remedy this. The hole drilling and grease fittings and or moly coating it. I think moly coating it is the best idea.

try and turn the head with the nut off. but most likley yes if it is i would just leave it until you have to pull the engine.
