I have a 4" spal puller fan, the install was very easy.

I zip tied the fan to the oil cooler, a bit ghetto i know, but it holds tight and does not block any air like big brackets so i thought it was a good choice.

Then i ran the wires, pos and neg, to the battery and installed a on off toggle switch, in line on the pos wire. Thats it very easy.

Used some more zip ties to clean up the wiring and your done.

U can install a fuse in line also, i will be doing that next.

I can't remember the measurements of the bars. I just went to the shop and asked for a set of Renthal bars for a 400ex. Sorry about that. Here is a couple of pics of how I plased my key and lights hop you can see them.

No heating problems. My wife and I go to this 4x4 run and when we follow the group we are driving really slow from time to time so it's been a thought to that a fan wouldn't hurt. And I just like to know and hear about what people are doing to their quads. And who knows, maybe I'll up grade one day to a 440 never know.
