How many kicks?

This question is for you kick start owners. How many kicks does it take to start your bike? I have one on my bike and since the day i put it on it never starts in less than 5 kicks and its really getting on my nerves. Do you guys have this problem? Thanks

I always give mine 1 kick with key off then set it to tdc. Starts first kick after that every time. Getting it to tdc is the ticket.
