thats different. Never seen a gusset like that. Looks like a good idea, but does it make it more difficult to change the motor?

im a bit new at this but is the gusset bar the bar coming down from the plastics area down to the frame? what is it? haha

The gusset bar triangulates the frame to make it very strong at the weakest points. The gussets are more than just that bar. They are in all the right places. The motor can be changed by just removing the top cover. I have had the motor in and out of the frame many times.

whats the reason your getting rid of it, did you replace any of the bearings in the motor and who did the work

Selling cause I'm getting a Side-by-side and I have not rode this quad in 2 years.

The motor work was done by Harry's Machine in Medway, MA. They are known for their Street Bike Drag racing engines. I did not change bearings just a top end rebuild. The shop said the bearings and bottom end looked great.
