I will be getting the Klaw rears 22/11/9 for winter riding. They seem like a good all around tire. The Project Raptor article on atvsource has the review on the rear Klaws also.

BMW they come in a lot of sizes, they have 18's 20's and 22's for the rear. they can be run in 2 directions, and they are 4 ply. the reason i want them is because they are small but still 4 ply. they seem like good MX tires that can still be used in the trails with no problem. also does anybody have any opinions on the razr 20x6x10 fronts?

on their website http://www.kendausa.com/atv/sport.cfm?p=05 they are right below the fronts. they are the K533.

The Kenda Klaw rear is a great rear tire, it almost has too much traction in soft or loamy dirt but it works great. On hard packed, I still prefer a turf.

The Klaw front 20" is prob the best front I have ever used on any terrain.

how is the klaw on hard pack? does it slide to much or hook to much, or is it good? i ride mostly hard, but some loose. the reason i'm not really looking at turf tamers is because they don't have an 18x10.5x9. the klaw is one of the very few that have an 18 inch tire with a 9 inch rim. if turf tamer did i would be gettin those. and how is the tread life on the klaws? do they wear really quickly or not that bad? also in the pictures they look kinda rounded. are they really rounded or kinda flat?

they spun a little on hard packed

Why do you want to run a 9" rim

y not? i read a whole article in AtvSport magazine saying that 9 is a good point between a swooth ride and predictable turning. it's right in the middle. and if i end up not liking the 18's i can go with 20x11x9's of a nother kind. they said in the article you have to be really strong to get 8's to turn nicely, and 10's give a rough ride and is just to much rim.

not always true, you can get a 8" to turn and work great, just ask any pro.
The only prob with 9" is that tire pressure is more important because if you use to little air, you will rim it and poss. bend or break axles or rims

would i be better off gettin turf tamer 18x9.5x8's or the 18x11x8's or the kenda klaw 18x10.5x9? and how hard are they to groove?
