What can you buy that will allow adjustment of this screw while the engine is HOT?

a 90 degree screw driver, carb tool. Can get them from parts unlimited, among many other places

Yeah, 90 degree or close....

But it is going to have to be long, with a short 90 degree turn.
Something cable, gear or rachet operated from a distance.

I set it at 2 1/2 turns out when I put it back, but it wants to fire, then die. So I found a tool that I can use cold, but I'm not sure I'll ever get it dialed in that way.

they are long....about 16" with a small 1" bend at the end. They are handy, don't know what I would do without mine
