clutch on a yfz450

i am having one hell of a problem with my clutch cable on my yfz450. What the problem is, is that i cant get it to engage the clutch and i have all the possible slack taken out of it. I think it is maybe the routing of the cable. But i dont know so if you could help i would appreciatte it.


Also do you know if you can put a hot start on a stock carb on a yfz450?

Double check your cable to make sure your cable is working properly.
The Hot start is a GYTR part #.

Did you just replace it? Mine wouldn't work right last week, when I pulled in the cable there was no spring action back. The nut that held on the basket came loose. Also one other time when I changed out the clutch after put it back together it wouldn't work right I had to turn the post that the cable mounts to get more adjustment out of it.
