The quad is a 99 but im putting the 05 style front fenders on it..The mounts never changed did they?

Will this fit the stock sprocket with the LSR hub? I assume the sprocket hub is pressed on (why it comes with it).

Does it also come with the insert that fits against the sprocket hub (see guide is this already installed?)
