My son has a 2005 TRX 250 that sat outside and wasn't run for quite some time. I brought it home and put in a new battery, fresh gas, changed the oil, and cleaned the carb. It started and ran for about 2 minutes, and now won't start anymore. It cranks, but it won't fire up.
It has good spark, and I've covered everything in the fuel system. I'm a 2 wheel/ 2 stroke guy, so this is a bit foreign to me. Can anyone tell me where to look next? I did check the compression, and that was only around 70, which according the repair manual I have isn't very good.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
