What has everyone done for rear tires on the Raptor 250? The stock ones seem to be bouncing my son all over. I would like something a little smaller diameter and flatter tread area to be able to slide it around a little better.
Just curious about your opinions on different tires.

Check out the ITP Quad Cross 18X8-8 tire. It looks like it should work. I haven't used them but they are designed for the 250. Im thinking of getting a 250 for my son, how do you like it?

That is what I am leaning towards.

Andy LOVES it and I love that it isn't a cvt mini-quad! Put gas in it and go ride all day long!!

Isn't that the truth!! :D

We are currently running a set of 18" Maxxis tires that come stock on Etons.I forget the actual name of the tire. They work pretty well. They slide great but straight line traction could be a little better.Of course Austin is still light too.

Anyone find a tire to fit the stock 9" rear wheels that are decent?? The stockers are black and aluminum. To keep $$ down right now I'd like to stay with them.

yeah...didn't realize they were nine inch rims. Now I am looking at regular razr's...perhaps 2 ply to save weight.

ITP mxr4's 19x10x9

Kenda claw sport radials 18x10x9

I am going to try the Kenda's for under 60 a piece with the choice of soft/intermediate on direction and hard pack with the other direction.

I just put some razr2 knock offs on the front and razr's on the back. I haven't rode it yet since it was raining yesterday but it looks good.
