Crank bearings

Need some advice on how to remove crank bearings off the crank. Also some input on if I should use oem or aftermarket. Thanks

You can get a wedge type bearing puller.

and/or use a propane torch to heat the inner bearing race to let it swell and pry it up and off of the crank.
