the second one is 20 dollars cheapest than first...

it's recomanable the second one?

I have the metallic grey circle and a protection made by clothes(Outenwears); but I don't know what contains the last box called atv jet kit Dynojet...

First one comes with a jet kit to rejet your carb.

Second is only a K&N filter.

if you are going to put a pipe on,cam ect. you will need to rejet thats what the dyno kit it for. but if your only doing a aftermarket air filter i wouldnt bother rejetting. and if you feel the need to anyway i wouldnt buy a dyno jet kit. i personaly think there junk. k&n filter is good though. so i would just buy the filter and ditch the jet kit.

and when we are talking about jetting it is the size of jet inside the carb and that sucks up the fuel if you got to much the engine will bog and if you dont got enough fuel the engine will over heat. but a air filter shouldnt make a diffrence alot of quads are jetted high anyway.
