what is ever one using to shrink therre pics,to though them on the web site

I use photo editing software like photoshop, etc. But to host them online I commonly use ImageShack, which has a feature that will automatically resize the picture after it uploads. There's a lot of other similar sites that do the same.

Go to this link, scroll down about half way, or so... it's on the very right side of the page.

Click the link, download the "Image Resizer"

From there on, whenever you want to resize an image, you right click the image, and the prompt box that comes up with like Copy, paste, delete, will have Resize image, and give you 3 different options on sizes.
Small, medium, large.

Thats what ive found to be the easiest.
