dear ESR A/B Eliminator Kit crew

anybody have troubles w/ fitment/alignment w/ the frame?

do I need to mod/squish the tube or what?

got 04A rad valve and the ESR 39mm keihin pwk w/ the bell adapter ...it dont wanna let the fit happen all to smoothely:confused:

what am I missin'?:D

its tight mine hits on the top cross member of the frmae i have to push down on the carb to get it under there

put the bike on a stand. Unbolt the rear top shock mount and install carb and airbox assembly. Then bolt up the shock again. Works like a gem.

i did it like this and it worked well, but I also just pushed down the carb (being careful not to let the carb come out the boot) and it worked like that also.

yeah, Im worried about the carb pulling out, it dont seem like it leaves much room for error

I left it apart last night till I could find out what was wrong, so I'll go out and try it like you guys say;)
