im in need of a rather large drill bit, to be precise its a 1-3/32" bit.

anyone know where i can find one of these?

triple clamp from a dirtbike, its about an inch thick maybe?

if theres not already a hole there make sure u make a mark with a punch and guage it out . take your time. lubricate it as well.

theres already a decent sized hole, i was considering reaming it out, but i need it a perfect cylinder shape so i can press/weld the new stem in.

i cant find the size i need though.. i might have to bring it to a machine shop:(

or use a wood boring/paddle drill bit. Or like mentioned before the saw bits

well i managed.. as always:D

meatloaf let me borrow a pretty big bit, so i drilled it but it wasnt quite big enough, so i made a "home made" tool to finish it up, came out excellent for not having the right tools to do it..

not enough time haha, between work, school, hockey practice and motox i have like zero time haha, i don't even get on atvriders as much as i used too!:(
