What tires for mx/tt

Hey i was wondering what tires i should get for my 450r but i'd like to stay with the stock 9 inch rims and want the tires to be 18 inch, i was lookin at the razr imx, anyone run them?

I wouldn't reccomend a 9"rim w/ 18" tires. If you are actually doing MX you'll bend the rims up pretty quickly. You'll also lose some traction in the corners as you do want to the sidewalls to be able to flex some.

If you want 18's break down and get some 8" rims as well. Otherwise stick w/ the 20"

That is just my opinion though. And, I'm also not a MX racer, so take it with a grain of salt. ;)
