Need a new clutch

Does anyone know where I can get a new clutch. My dealer is asking $190.00 and I can not actually lay down and let him hit me in the junk with out a fight. So i am looking around to find a cheaper price. I know it comes in a kit.

Bike bandit had one for around $140.00 anyone know another place for cheaper?

Is that the springs plates and fibers? Do you just need the fibers, it would be cheaper and you can buy them seperatly.

I really have no idea what i need. The clutch is slipping and I want to fix it!
