I just rebuilt the top end on two ty 125's, also installed new clutch plates, and springs. The problem is when you use the kick starter it does not move the crank, it seems the pressure plate spins inside the basket, I can put a ratchet on the flywheel and everything turns and moves properly. Both bikes did this. I did remove the basket again to make sure that the splines that the metal plates ride in, matched up to the basket.
