More mystery parts

Do any of you guys recognize this pipe and body skidplate??

I got them both in a TRX "grab bag" of sorts,heres what i know about them..

The skid is in perfect condition but the mounting holes dont line up on my 86 TRX 250R frame. Could this be for a 88-89?? or for a TRX 400EX??

It came with no mounting hardware but im sure i could fab something up.

The pipe is handcone and somebody got lazy and painted it (im a sucker for raw pipe's....i cant belive i just said that) and the silencer had a Bill'sPipe decal on but who knows.

Any input would be greatly appreciated as im cleaning out the garage and like to know exacally what i have before i try to sell it.

did Klemm Research make R pipes back in the day? Not sayin' it is, but ...maybe? haha

That pipe shape, looks just like the big bore p/v pipe CT Racing offers, except the CT is stamped & not cone roll.

I remember some of Klemm pipes for the ol LT500 looked like that & was cone roll.

Klemm made a few R pipes.

The skid looks like a bent Laeger's wide frame.
