Wheel spacers (not to widen)

I bought a pair of front tires off a guy and thought I had checked everything out when I was looking at them. When I got home and aired them up, i noticed that there are pressed in spacers in the holes for the studs. They are there to narrow the hole. Anywho, one wheel has 3 missing. They just press in, so I thought I could get some new ones. Anyody know where to get them, or would my dealer be likely to have them?

Nevermind, I got some flange bushing things at Tractor Supply Co (With my brother's discount!) They just need some grinding and a little "persuading" to go in...
