i dont have that clear plastic thing next to the intake boot,u no that goes in that big hole on the air box, what is that,do i need it

It is the intake tube. It has an opining under the gas tank. You need it if your runing with the air box lid, but if not, you can take it off and plug the hole with a spray paint can lid.

yes i still have my lid,ride in a lot of water, is this bad

nope theirs nothing wrong the lid, it's good if u ride in alot of water. the snorkal just alows the air to come in from a less exposed place hence helping keep water out.

I doubt the aluminum box will have a hole for the stock snorkel so you probably won't need it.
