when it idles in nuetral it will idly fine for a few mine then it starts to idle higher and higher, whats wrong with it something in the carb i asume but what?

Sounds like it may be an air leak.Check the intake boot between the carb and the head.

i can put my hand over the rubber hose that comes out of the top of the air box, and it will idle back down untill i let go of it

i put a new uni air filter on it didnt help and ill check that boot today
