We are planning some fun things for the banquet this year. We will be going to Dollywood on Friday it opens at 10am and closes at 6pm. Everyone is invited to join in the fun we will get a group rate for the event and on Friday night the Hotel has given us permission for the kids to trick or treat in our rooms, the kids will be given a list of rooms that they are allowed to go to only. We are asking all parents to help by bringing candy or treats for the kids . The kids can all wear costumes of their choice the same as they would at home. (how many kids in racer gear do you think there will be?)
Please let me know as soon as possible who will be going to Dollywood with us and who would like to have the children trick or treat at their room.
