moto 440 arms and shocks bolt up to a 250r?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if the moto 440 a arms and shocks would bolt right up to a 250r frame without having to modify the frame.

And also, if i put moto 440 a arms and front shocks on my 250r, would i be able to use stock 250r spindles?
How many inches of wheel travel would i be getting with the moto front end set up?
Are the ohlins 19" long travel?
Are the ohlins zero-preload?
And are they compression and rebound adjustable?

And one last question.
Would i be better of gettin: Elka triple rate ssd 16" shocks rebound and comp adjust, with herrman +2 +1 a arms.
or:the whole moto front end.?
Whish set up would be best for motocross?
