i have an 87 and I want to go with a laeger preferably frame,
I am looking in to the cr500 and no link frames,
1- is it true you can run no link on a standard link frame?
2- my frame is mint i dont want to hack it up with the walsh kit
3- I was looking at the cr5-00 nqarrow front frames from stone concepts but they seem kinda of high, but they do have the swinger and shock also

I race some Xc in the GNCC and MSWS oin my 450R i got a small mx track by my house and I plan on going with some + arms on the 250 so I plan to jump it ane just play around oin it trail riding etc- but real aggressive trail riding i just dont know the benefits between standard, no and cr500

someone please help
