trx90 cheap hop up?

i am thinking about removing the air box lid on my little boys 90 has anyone done that and what main jet should i use,also i was wondering about a slip on pipe and what results i might expect and what jetting to use with that with the lid removed,any good input would be appreciated,thanks

But opening up the lid, and putting on a full exhaust, will definitely make some power differences.

Big Gun has a nice high mount exhaust! Remember 2006 and up are not the same as pre 2005. All others FMF, Yosh, PC are low style like stock.
Jetting I used was a 90mj / stk pilot / shim needle .010 or buy a moose rebuild kit and use the adjustable type it comes with also you can use the air srew that uses a screw driver instead of the D style.
