I need some information or adice on a quad.

I was thinkin of getting a quad just to ride on the beach or in a field for fun.

Wouldn't be using it for anything like racing or jumps or stunts.

I was looking at this one:

http://www.dirtbikesandquads.co.uk/off-road-atv-quads-6/wild-cat-250cc-adult-169.htm

What do you guys think of this bike?

Thanks.

dont waste your money. Find a cheaper 300ex honda or a honda 400ex. You could probably find a used one for 1800. Those china quads arn't even worth it.

Save up for a used jap. machine. Chinese ones aren't nothing but trouble from the start. Parts breaking, parts falling off or just not there at all, no dealership support, no way of getting parts. Seems like they are built as toys when the jap. ones are real machines. The price seems tempting but you get what you pay for. Search the net and read about other peoples mistakes!

The honda sportrax 400?

That quad is ace, one of my friends has it.

It's got lethal speed..

But - i'm kinda on a budget cos i'm only 15 lol and I have to make the money by selling on eBay etc etc..

Umm - are all you people from America?

Because I need one in ££. :)

its deffo a 400 tho. You will regret buying a chinese quad. Like stated before, they have no quality control on their stuff. Stuff WILL break and fall off. Keep an eye open for a used 400ex. They are awesome machines that last forever. If it's not fast enough there is plenty of after market stuff for the 400ex. Be patient, save up your money and keep looking around.

My other friends have 500CC Honda Foreman utility quads - they're big machines. lol

Are there any other good ones except a 400ex?

Yamaha Blaster, Raptor etc etc?

how much would they cost second hand in british pounds?

I would want either, sport OR utility, just the best quality and the cheapest.
