just changed my bearings 2 weeks ago second ride started makin sum noise thought it was my chain rubbin on my skid cause the teflon strip is missin until the next day went to go for a ride an it would hardly move an it was crazy loud maybe time for a new carrier or possibly messed up bearin also noticed when changin them that the tube that goes insidethe carrier was a litlle worn at one end any advice would be grteatly appreicated

Take her apart and check it out. One of the bearings could have gone already, maybe due to installation or just a bad bearing. I wouldn't think your inner bushing/spacer would cause a bad noise, mine is warn pretty bad from when my bearing went out on one side. Just make sure you pack them full of grease to keep it all lubed and the water/mud out.

If you tightened the axle up too tight, it will put too much pressure on the bearings and cause them to go out extremely fast.

Something isn't right-there sould be no noise at all.
