trading my warrior for 250r

hey guys, I got an offer on my 98 warrior that needs a little work (bearings, ect.) trade for an 86 lt 250r with cbr silenver, racing carb, works front shocks. It has a snapped rear shock support. How does this sound? it needs less than my warrior! I always wanted an older 250
