I thought all LSR frames were either pro-peg or came with their own version of standard style pegs. I could be wrong though. Did you buy new?

2 things: 1. did you buy new? Why would they make you a frame but not footpegs

2. If you bought used, why aren't footpegs coming with it? I'm not sure, but their design looks similar to 400ex, so that might work.

I believe like someone already said its either pro-peg or lsr footpegs. if your getting a frame without them and already contacted LSR about them you might have some fun trying to find them. I cant beleive LSR doesnt sell them still they still ahve frames dont they??

Besides the standard issue LSR ones, I believe your only option is RIS (http://www.risdesigns.com/) - Call up John at Sand Toyz Unlimited to get the best deal on them. $150-$170 for a set. The same ones on my bike.

Why not just make custom mounts for your IMS/Roll pegs?

The LSR standard peg chassis is pretty unique when it comes to pegs. There's nothing that will fit with out heavy modifications. 400EX and 450R pegs would slope rearward and the spacing of the mounting holes is off. I called both Pro-Armour and Roll-Design to see if the had anything that would work on mine, and they gave me a solid NO. Lonestar will still make pegs for you, I believe they're about $150 a set. If you do this ask them to use heavier channel to make them. The pegs on my '01 are much heavier than the thin junk they used on my '03.

A freind of mine has a lsr chassis, he said that he used 86/87 pro-peg adapters and was able to put pro-pegs on with little modification.

I have a great fabricator/welder at my disposal. He has done alot of work on my build and has a true love for the sport.
He would have no problem making you some adapter plates for the IMS pegs. Hit me with a PM if you want his info.

Machine a hole in the frame and run a chromoly tube through and use pro pegs.

This is exactly what I had to do to mine after I unknowingly:( sold the crappy original LSR pegs mine came with.

That misses the point. He wants to run footpegs, otherwise he would have bought a pro-peg frame.

If you go custom, let us know how it works out.
