You need 450R spindles as well I believe...

front tires are only 22" tall rears are 20" tall, I think it looks wierd because the front and rear rims are both 10" diameter wheels.

I did'nt like the wheels at first, but they have grown on me. It looks even better in motion. I may have them powdercoated in mirror black later.

450r brakes are a bolt on swap, if you have aftermarket a-arms. With stock a-arms the camber may not be right. You will need: spindles, hubs, calipers, lines, and master.

I used 06 450r stuff, I have read that you can use 06 up spindles and reuse your stock hubs but I did't try it. If you look close enough, you can see that I had the 450r hubs powdercoated in red to match the stock 400ex hubs for that sleeper look. I have also read that 06+ 450r spindles will mount up and be the correct camber with stock a-arms, but I can't confirm that either. You can reuse your stock 400ex discs, they are the exact same as 450r's discs.

I haven't had mutch ride time on the +1's, but it does feel a bit better than stock, not mutch though. I just trail ride, so I didn't want to go any wider than +1's in the tight stuff I ride in. I mainly wanted aftermarket a-arms because they are adjustable and rebuildable, plus they can be powdercoated as a bonus.

next up: 440 stroker, yes I said stroker. stage 1 hotcam, and some porting. and a better slip-on...should be a torque monster

Go with a stage 2 atleast, the stage 1 will leave that stroker gasping for air. A 440 stroker will have insane low end with a stage 2.
