When I installed my new pipe. I realized when it was all done. Should I bother tearing it down again? Anyone with the curtis sparks exhaust run it without it and melt the silencer and header together?

I guess I know what it will be like to get it off after months anyway. I had to use a die grinder to cut the stock header in half because the silencer melted to the header.

are you sure it wasn't just rusted together?

You shouldn't have that problem with the Sparks header. It's made of stainless, doesn't rust. There's really no need for any anti seize.
