I might be wrong, but I think a lot of aftermarket shifters for the 250r are 1 inch shorter than stock, because so many footpegs are relocated an inch back.

Can you tell me for certain if your IMS shifter is shorter, or the same length as stock?

That im not quiet sure about heres a pic but i dont have a stock shifter to measure.

Is the Polished Burguard quick change cover "the complete cover"? Is it in good usable condition? If so on both, I'll take it.
