06 tranny ?

I have an 06 450er, i have three xc race seasons on it. i was wondering how many people are having tranny problems? I havent had any yet (knock on wood) i am just trying to decide whether i should sell it and try and find an 07 or newer left over kicker, or just build a new xc chasis and keep the 06 motor....any input on the tranny would help.........

The 06 transmissions are a ticking time bomb. Up to you what you spend your money on though.

Send the tranny to Moto-Xperts for the tranny mod and that will lesson your chances of any problems. No problems from my 07 after two full seasons.
