Whats do they classify v cut paddles for compared to the other types? I am in the market for paddle tires and don't know the difference between V, straight, and any other paddle.

V shaped paddles tend to turn a little better and are more of a general purpose paddle. Straight paddles are better for drag racing and hill climbs.

i have had both........... i can do EVERYTHING better with my haulers than i could with my ams sidewinders.. i guess it comes down to how much you are willing to spend.. i can promise you that you wont be disappointed with strait paddles.

then there are douglass .125 , .160, and .190, what are the differences?
Also what is the benefit to having more paddles on my tires and or going with a bigger tire such as a 22 or a 10"??

The .125 and so on is the thickness of the wheel. .190 is going to be the thickest and strongest but also the heaviest. To many paddles will kill performance.
