pipe help

can anyone help i got this pipe with my bike its stamped paul tunner high rev but how old is it and is it a standerd pipe or race pipe and what is it setup good for or should i sell it, my bike is an 86 it has an fmf fatty 36mm pkw open air boxother than that it is stock?

i had that pipe when i had a cr250 motor in my R at first.it was a good all around pipe even though is said "high rev" on it.I liked it;)
