I disagree with a 14 piece gusset kit. The suzuki frame is already the strongest out there of the 450's except ktm . Making your frame to rigid and it will effect your handling and when you break out part of your engine cases, its kinda like i told ya so. :p

Agree! I fabricate gusset kits for the LTR and I focus on the main stress points.- Fr. shock mounts, rear linkage mount, foot pegs and lower fr frame rails. They are constructed of chromoly.

All 450 frames besides the ktm are made of mild steel... except the alluminum ones..

I meant my gusset kits are made of chromoly. Sorry for the confusion.

Lol no problem. Just so many people think there stock honda, yami, and suzuki frame are made of chromoly, which in fact is far from the truth.
