"Boot" usually means extra money to go along with. I assume he is not willing to give his 400 plus cash out of his pocket for a 450..Just trade even.

Thats correct...Im not saying mynes worth what some 450's are ,but there all going for about the same price now..I see 450's from 2k to 3K same as all the rest..
