Maximum Bar Height?

What is the maximum height for all the cables and wires without binding anything?

Help will be greatly appreciated and if pictures are possible that would be great help too!

Can anyone help? Maybe a 2inch riser? 2 1/4 or 3.5? Does anyone know the stock height?
