Polishing the DG bumper?

Does anyone know if you can polish a DG bumper ?

I have an Ac and I polished that.

I just used Steel Wool then polished it up.

Don't use Mothers Polish. Get soem real High Compoud Polish.

I got a Mirror Finish on my Bumper.

I just polished my dg bumper today with some mothers it works great and i got a mirror like finishs this is my first can of mothers adn im loving it did my ac nerfs, dg bumper adn my fmf pcIV2 and man i love the chrome mirror look :blah

before you polished it did you sand the scratches out - and i guess theres no need to strip anything off it with paintstripper???

On my front DG bumper, I figured everyone else's is shiny and mirror and all that stuff, so I got mine powder coated begal red. I know it sounds silly to get polished aluminum painted, but it looks pretty badazz! Just something different...for what it's worth, it get a lot of second looks!

RytM1, sorry got no pic. I don't got one of them digital cameras. I pretty much just drool on the pics I see on the forum. I wish I had a pic to show, but you'll just have to take my word that it is a looker! My EX isn't that fast, but it looks pretty good going along!
