Ya I mean like, if you arent bumping the compression to 15:1 or whatever the 450 guys do now, or major porting, or oversized valves, stuff like that, its pretty much still stock. I don't even really consider a cam much of a mod since all it really does it move your power around your rpm range.
I guess what I mean is, in comparison, its practically stock.

Stock is, stock. Practically stock is modified... There is no gray area.

The outlaws fit and finish looks like it was made in china.. Anyone on here that says a 525 screams compared to a 700 must be handicapped, 700-525= 175 ccs difference the 700 has WAY more torque, power, and has the better top end too doing 84 mph stock. Polaris is S hit and shouls stick with making utility quads. The only polaris i would ever consider buying would be a rzr S, The weight on the 700xx you cant feel all the power and torque makes up for it, Polaris cant even make a decent motor they have to use KTM motors cause theres are JUNK. The comment made about someone being worn out on a 700xx is far out there, the 700xx has all that power, manual clutch and rides like a utility, and best of all it s a Honda what more could you ask for? Anyone thats ever rode a 700xx wont want to get off, and they look pretty cool throwing those big ole rooster tails too!
