my throttle, part with the starter are loose?

my throttle went down today and i tightned it and it worked, but the console that has the light switch and starter moved too and i tightined it on the bottom and it was harder to move and the top screw is like half smothed in cause i skimmed it on the ground, so how do i get that screw out or what cause it still moves a little bit:mad: so if someone could plz hlp me i would appreciate it lots :D :p :rolleyes: thanks

get a sharper screw driver and try again, or you could carefully drill the screw out, or cut the whole box off and get a new one, or run a strip of epoxy or somthin around the edge so it wont slip, or just live with it rotating a little.:(
