quad tech hood of 07 ex

i have a trx 400ex 07 ... i was wondering if any one could telll me if this hood will fit .. it says it goes to 04

Where did you get it at ? I' m looking for my 02-04 400ex build that I'm doing. According to Quad Tech they don't make them anymore or have.

that only fits old style ex's. you need a 450r style hood for the 07

or any hood for a 450r, there the same as the 400ex hoods(05 and up 400ex only)

I know this is an old thread but I have a gen x 450r hood and it doesnt git my 05 style fenders

it should, the stock 450r and 400ex hoods are the same, unless you have to take the light off...

it should, there stock hoods are the same....

You need a quad tech hood for 04-05 (not many around in good shape)

06+ is different. I had to buy a bunch of hoods to find that out.

no they are not...the 450r hood is longer

there the same man, at least an 04 one, same pn's and everything....

well, my 06 hood was different(longer) than what was on the 400ex i have now...the maier hood i had for my 450r would not fit right on the 400ex that i have now without some mods...but yet it was for all years 450r...

i don't think there was a difference in length from the 04/05 to the 06 and up but maybe there is...

ya idk, me and my bud switched our hoods and they fit perfect...
