I would go with +2's up front and get a +4 (adjustable) axle in the rear.
You really can't go wrong with any main brand of a arms. Houser, Lonestar, Laegers, Roll, Walsh, JD performance, etc.
You could run 4:1 offset wheels in the front for trail riding, but I don't think you will have any problems.
I run +2's up front with Elkas, +4 Laegers axle with stock offset.....right at 49" wide and I don't have any problems on trails.

I would suggesting going with long travel if you are going to buy all new components at once. Elka, PEP, Axis, etc.....once again, you really can't go wrong......just make sure that the shock is set up matching your ride style and you will be golden.

It really depends on your selection. You need to get on Google and find each company's web site and check their product out really well. In a arms, you want to look for adjustability and strength and as far as axles go, lonestar and laegers are all lifetime guaranteed.

There huge they don't fit, the rear one gets burnt by the exhaust because its so big. Doesn't even look good.
