ignition problem

so i put a new piston and cam in and it ran perfect for about a gas tank then the problem. it bogs out about mid range goes through that and then revs up. tryed playing with the jetting with no results. the stator went out got that replaced and still have the same problem. any ideas?? please help

what jets did you play with?

i played with the main jet. went from a 180 to a 165 with no effect. i also changed back the neddle from a dyno-jet to the stock one with nothing.
the bike is a 05 i replaced the coil as well. i had a shop do the stator for me and they did all the neccesary checks to make sure it was the stator before they did it.
could it be the cdi box that is causing my problems?

Did you do anything with the valves? I did the top end in my 06 and it did the same thing. Ran great for awhile then bogged out. I disassembled the head and found my one intake valve wasen't right so I replaced the retainer and keepers, runs great hope this helps
