is it going 2 mess my motor with no packing in my slip on the packing i did didnt last so i orderd new stuff and im want to go ridn this weekend :ermm:

it wont hurt anything, if you think it sounds good just leave it out. whenever the packing goes out in my exhausts i just leave it out.

and then you lose your hearing and more importantly RIDING AREAS...keep the volume low please

when your packing is bad you loose power.

packing creates back pressure. To much back pressure and you creat to much heat and can cause cracks in the motor, fowl the pistons or rings or anykinda stuff. Not enough back pressure and you can fowl the valves.

Be safe use the backing.

I'm the same way with my oil, when it runs out I just leave it empty. :D
