I have a couple of questions about adjusting my clutch. First when the clutch lever is out does that mean my clutch is engaged or disengaged? Second, my clutch lets out (engages?) when the lever is almost all the way released. Where and how do I adjust it to let out sooner, like when the lever is about half way out? Lastly, what is the little adjustment knob used for that sits right next the the clutch/parking brake perch? Thanks for any and all help!

You want to adjust the clutch accordingly. Start with the clutch perch adjustment. You want the lever to have about 3/16" of play in it so when the clutch gets warm it has room to expand or tighten. If you can't obtain this play by adjusting the perch adj. then move down the cable to the inline adjustment. Make your adjustment there to tighten or loosen. If your clutch is engaging when your lever is almost all the way released then your cable is too tight.
