timinig plate installation instructions

i recently installed a ricky stator adjustable timing plate and i dont think i installed it right. now it detonates no matter what gas i run in it. can someone give me a link to instructions so i can double check my work. or tell me what to index my tab at for 0tdc
so i can properly install this.
